Josh is a Managing Partner and Broker In Charge of Anchor Real Estate, LLC, a Mooresville, NC based real estate firm, where he manages a team of 5 agents, a concierge and office 
manager. Anchor Real Estate was established in 2015 by Josh Tucker, Greg Biffle and Tom 
McClellan.  

Before starting Anchor Real Estate, Josh was a Broker In Charge at Compass Real Estate 
Group, where his hands on leadership approach catapulted that firm to more than 
$20,000.000 in sales in 2014.

Prior to choosing real estate as a new career in 2012, Josh worked for some of NASCAR’s 
biggest and most successful teams and drivers including Carl Edwards, Jamie McMurray, David Ragan, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Throughout his 10 year NASCAR career he gained respect and appreciation from the sport’s biggest stars.  A lot of the same traits that earned him a successful career in NASCAR have carried over to his new firm, Anchor Real Estate.  His desire to be successful, extreme work ethic, motivation and loyalty have been an integral part in the early success of Anchor Real Estate.
  
Outside of real estate, Josh is an avid animal lover where sits on the Board of Directors at 
Friends Of The Animals, a non-profit organization in Mooresville, NC that works to ensure the 
lives of innocent dogs, cats, puppies and kittens by promoting responsible pet ownership, 
providing low-cost spay / neuter services and promoting the adoption of homeless pets.  Josh 
still calls Mooresville, NC home and enjoys time on Lake Norman as well as traveling to 
numerous NASCAR races each season.
