Rich Rosa co-founded Buyers Brokers Only, LLC in November 2005, and it has grown into one of the largest exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerages in the United States. Rosa, an exclusive buyer broker and a licensed lawyer, with an undergraduate degree in journalism,  
uses content marketing to attract 80 percent of Buyers Brokers Only's homebuyer leads. 

Rosa has also spoken about using content to grow a real estate business at the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agent's annual conference. He's been quoted in the New York Times, Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Boston Business Journal and Inman, as well as other publications. He also has regularly appeared on Boston Herald Radio to discuss home buying and the Greater Boston real estate market.
