Wendy Forsythe has leveraged her passion for real estate, technology and branding to help build successful real estate networks in both Canada and the United States. Since joining Carrington Real Estate Services in 2012 as Executive Vice President/Head of Global Operations the company has more than quadrupled in size. Forsythe is responsible for the operations and growth of the brokerage which today has over 2400 agents across the country. In addition to this, she leads the brand strategy, marketing, training and online initiatives.
