Zach Ehrlich is the founder and CEO of Mdrn. Mdrn. is a two year old real estate tech firm with a focus on residential sales, leasing, property management and integrated lifestyle services. Prior to founding the firm, Zach oversaw components of developer DDG's development portfolio, including the sales and marketing of $500 million worth of luxury real estate in New York and San Francisco. Currently, Mdrn. consists of 35 members, including residential advisors. property managers and marketing and design support.
In September 2015, Mdrn. unveiled 66 Pearl Street, a new development it is marketing in FiDi, which consists of 42 loft-style residences on a historic downtown block. In 2016, the firm will unveil an innovative web platform called Stoop, which will enhance the opportunity for NYC residents to interact and explore their neighborhoods, connect with fellow residents and engage with local businesses to access loyalty incentives. 66 Pearl's residents will be the first to have the opportunity to access and explore Stoop.
